We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”) as well as applicable international data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and relevant national laws in the markets where our users reside.

In this Policy, “personal data” refers to any information or set of information that allows us to directly or indirectly identify a user (e.g., by name, surname, email address, telephone number, etc.).

By registering an account, accessing and using the App, the Website, ordering and/or using Data Roaming Plans, contacting us with inquiries related to eSIM GO (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”), the user acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If the user disagrees with the rules of this Privacy Policy, they should not use our Services.

Who We Are

eSIM GO is a trademark by ISerious Pte. Ltd., which is incorporated under the laws of Singapore, with a Unique Entity Number 202528193R.

Our services are provided on a roaming basis and are not intended to replace domestic mobile subscriptions.
We act as a data controller in respect of personal data collected through our website, mobile application, customer accounts, and customer support interactions.

In relation to telecommunications and network-generated data processed by licensed mobile network operators, we act as a data intermediary or recipient of limited technical information, as applicable under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and comparable international data protection laws.

Identity Verification and Regulatory Requirements

We provide roaming-based, data-only eSIM services through licensed telecommunications network operators. As a general rule, we do not require users to undergo identity verification to purchase or use our roaming-based services.

In limited circumstances, and only where required by applicable telecommunications or regulatory laws, identity verification may be conducted by or on behalf of licensed network operators involved in the provision of connectivity services. The scope, method, and legal basis for such verification vary by jurisdiction and are determined by applicable local laws.

Where identity verification is required, such processing is carried out by the relevant network operator or authorized verification provider, and any personal data collected for this purpose is processed in accordance with applicable data protection and telecommunications laws.

We do not independently collect or store government-issued identity documents, national identity numbers, or locally regulated identification data unless expressly required by law and notified to users in advance.

You acknowledge that failure to provide accurate or complete information when required may result in delays, inability to activate your eSIM, suspension of service, or account termination. We may also be required to deny service if the information provided cannot be verified or if required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities. By purchasing or using our Services, you consent to any identity verification and regulatory requirements applicable to your jurisdiction.

Types of Personal Data We Collect

We are committed to the principle of data minimization and only collect personal data that is necessary to provide and operate our Services, comply with legal obligations, and improve service performance.

We collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account, download or use our mobile application, complete identity verification (if required by law or our telecommunications partners), purchase an eSIM plan, contact customer support, or interact with us in any other way.

Such information may include your name, email address, phone number, payment information, identification documents (where required for identity verification and regulatory compliance), and any communication you send to us.

We also automatically collect technical information when you interact with our website or mobile app, such as device identifiers, operating system, IP address, usage logs, cookies, and analytics data that help us improve service performance and security.

Where required by applicable law, certain personal data may be processed by licensed telecommunications operators or their authorized verification partners for regulatory compliance purposes. Such data is processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements and is not retained by us unless legally required.
